Jara was born from a very simple idea: no dog should be judged solely by its breed, appearance or a label.
Her purpose is to challenge the prejudice that a dog classified as a Potentially Dangerous Dog is bad simply because of that classification. The story invites children and adults to look beyond the label and see every dog as an individual with its own story and its own heart.
A label does not define a dog's character. Education, care, environment and the way we treat an animal are also part of its story.
